• Why don't I win at all?

  Actions that are not normal play, such as repeated unnatural app downloads, are prohibited. If such prohibited activities are found, you may not be eligible to win.

• I won a prize, but my claim code is not showing up.

  If there are four or more claim codes in a row, you may have to scroll down the screen to see the fourth and subsequent codes. Please scroll the screen to check.

• I can't add a gift code to my Amazon account.

  Please make sure that your Gift Code settings are set to the United States. If you have issued an Amazon Gift Code for Japan, you will not be able to add it to your U.S. Amazon account.

• What kind of app is this?

  This is an app that allows you to participate in a sweepstakes where you can win an Amazon gift card on the spot by completing Sudoku puzzles. It's a free app with no membership registration required.

• Can you tell me the rules of Sudoku?

  Sudoku is a puzzle game in which the numbers 1 to 9 are placed in 9x9 (81 squares) squares separated by 3x3 blocks. The same number cannot be placed twice in a row, column, or block of 3×3 squares surrounded by bold lines. The object is to place the numbers 1 to 9 in the correct order in each row, column, and block.

• How do I enter numbers?

  Select the square you want to enter from among the 81 squares and tap the number for entry (the large number at the bottom of the screen) to enter the number.

• What is”Press and hold a number to lock”?

  Press and hold the large number at the bottom of the screen to lock the number. If you tap a square in this state, you can input the locked number continuously. To unlock a number, tap the number you want to enter.

• What is an input bonus?

  The input bonus is a feature that can be used by watching a video advertisement at the start of the game. When a block is completed or horizontally or vertically, two additional squares are randomly opened and there is no limit until the end of the game.

• I don't know how to use memos.

  You can toggle memo on and off by tapping the memo icon at the bottom of the game screen. When Memo is ON, all numbers entered in the squares become Memos. Memos are displayed as small gray numbers in the squares.

• I don't know how to use the hints.

  Tap the square you want to know, then tap the hint to see the correct number for that square. This feature can be used after watching the video ad.

• I want to delete a number that I entered incorrectly.

  Select the square you want to change and tap the eraser icon at the bottom of the game screen.

• I want to change the difficulty level.

  Select a new game and choose the difficulty level. You cannot change the difficulty level of the Daily Challenge.

• I think we have the wrong puzzle.

  The problems we provide are those that have a single answer. Please use hints and tips to help you find the answer.

• I don't want ads to be displayed.

  This application is made up of revenue from advertisements displayed in the application. We are sorry, but we cannot hide the ads.

• How do I change my language?

  To change the language, please change it in the language settings of your device. This application is only available in English and Japanese.

• I want to turn off the sound effects.

  Adjust the volume buttons on your device or put it in silent mode.

• What is a Lottery ticket ?

  This is a ticket that allows you to challenge the speed lottery where you can see the results on the spot after completing the daily challenge.

• How can I get more lottery tickets?

  You can only get a maximum of 5 lottery tickets per day. You may earn more in events.

• I did not receive a lottery tickets?

  If you are unable to connect to the Internet when you clear the Daily Challenge, you may not be able to issue lottery tickets. In this case, a connection error screen will be displayed, so please prepare your communication environment and then click the button to reacquire lottery tickets.

• Is there an expiration date for the lottery tickets?

  Lottery tickets can only be used within 24 hours from the time the ticket is obtained; after 24 hours, the ticket will disappear, so please use it before the expiration date.

• How many winners are there?

  On the lottery screen, the "remaining number of prizes for this month" is displayed. This shows the number of prizes remaining for this month.

• How do you draw lots?

  The lottery is conducted by a computerized automatic lottery program.

• Can't find the lottery button.

  Yes. The gift card will be displayed in the app for 7 days (168 hours) after winning. After that time, it will not be viewable. Please be careful.

• I want to switch the type of gift code I want to win.

  It can be switched from the Settings menu.

• I issued a Japanese gift card by mistake. Please change it.

  We are sorry, but we do not accept changes to Gift Cards once they have been issued.

• I want to recover my data.

  This application does not retain any user data. We cannot restore data that has been reset by you, nor can we restore data following a Mobile phone upgrade.
